Refund Policy

1. Evolve AI membership: 30-day money-back guarantee

The Evolve AI membership starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required and nothing charges automatically. If you like it, you choose to subscribe (monthly or yearly).

If you are not happy for any reason within your first 30 days, counted from the day you sign up so it includes the free trial, email hello@hqevolve.com and we will refund every Evolve AI payment you have made. No questions asked.

After the first 30 days the membership is simply cancel-anytime: cancel from the app (or by emailing us) and you will not be billed again. Payments already made for past billing periods are not refunded after the 30-day window.

2. The free trial

There is no card on file during the trial, so there is nothing to cancel. When the 14 days end the app pauses and nothing is ever charged unless you choose to subscribe.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@hqevolve.com from your account email within 30 days of signup. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. 1-on-1 coaching (Tier 1 and VIP)

1-on-1 coaching includes a real coach's ongoing personal time: calls, check-in reviews, and programming. Because that time is delivered as you go, 1-on-1 coaching payments are not refundable. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Evolve AI membership only.

Coaching is cancel-anytime: cancel with your coach and your billing stops from the next cycle. Any results-based guarantees for coaching (such as extended coaching at no charge) are set out in your coaching agreement.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve issues fairly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in removal from programs and future enrollment.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to the guarantees described here.
