Giveaway Terms

These are the rules for the Evolve Coaching giveaway, "Win 8 weeks of coaching, worth A$997". By entering you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Who runs it

The promoter. HQ Evolve Group, a business name of Nicholas Trotter (ABN 22 851 950 861), 10 Fenton Street, Hamilton VIC 3300, 0492 967 550, hello@hqevolve.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the promoter.

Meta. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook. You're giving your entry to us, not to them. By entering, you release Meta, Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility for the giveaway. You never need to like, share or tag anything to enter.

2. A giveaway, in rounds

We run the giveaway from time to time, in rounds, and only when we choose to. No round is promised. Each round is a separate promotion, with its own entry period, its own judging day, its own prize and its own winner. These terms apply to every round. A round is open only while hqevolve.com/win shows it open, and each round runs on the dates shown there while it's open. Unless we post different dates for a round on hqevolve.com/win before that round opens, a round runs on these dates in the month it's held, on Melbourne time:

For example, a round held in November 2026 opens on Sunday 1 November 2026, closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 7 November 2026, is judged on Sunday 8 November 2026, its winner is told on Monday 9 November 2026, and its qualified entrants' 25% off ends at 11:59pm on Monday 16 November 2026. The current round's dates are always shown on hqevolve.com/win, beside the entry button.

Which round your entry is in. Your entry goes into the round that is open when you send it, and only that round. It doesn't carry over to later rounds: to be in another round, enter again while it's open. Between rounds (after a round's close day, until another round opens, if one does) the entry form is closed, and anything sent then isn't an entry.

No round is promised. We may run a round, go months without one, or stop the giveaway altogether. To stop it altogether, we post a notice on this page and on hqevolve.com/win. No new round opens after that. A round that is already open when we stop the giveaway keeps its dates: it closes on its close day, and its entries are judged, its winner told and its prize awarded exactly as these terms say, and its qualified entrants keep their 25% off to its end date.

While a round is open, go to hqevolve.com/win, tap Enter the giveaway, answer the questions about you and your week, give your name, mobile and email, tell us in 25 words or less, why you want this, and tap Enter and get my call. Your answer must be your own words. Entering is free. No purchase is necessary, and buying anything from us doesn't change your chance of winning.

5. How the winner is picked

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part, and there is no draw. After a round closes, at least two members of our coaching team read every eligible entry in that round and judge the 25-word answers on three things: how clearly the answer says why the person wants this, how well it shows they're ready to do the work, and how original it is. The answer the judges rate best wins. Judging takes place on the round's judging day at the promoter's address. Answers over 25 words, copied from someone else, or offensive won't be judged. Every round with at least one eligible entry has a winner. The judges' decision is final, and we can't enter into correspondence about it.

6. The prize

One prize each round: 8 weeks of 1-on-1 coaching with an Evolve coach, worth A$997 (our price for the 8 weeks), including the Evolve app for those 8 weeks. The winner starts after the same free call as everyone else, where their coach checks the program is safe and right for them. If a medical reason means it isn't safe for them to start yet, we hold the prize for up to 6 months. The prize must be started within 60 days of accepting it, unless we agree a later date. It can't be transferred, swapped for anything else or taken as cash.

After the 8 weeks. The prize is the 8 weeks. Nothing has to be paid to get it or to finish it. When the prize starts we offer the winner the choice to save a card for after the 8 weeks (no charge that day). Saving a card is optional and isn't needed to get or keep the prize. If the winner saves one, their coaching carries on week to week at our weekly price from week 9, the same as a paying client, unless they tell us by the end of week 6 (we remind them before then), and they can choose a year instead with their 8 weeks counted as paid. With no card saved, their coaching simply ends after the 8 weeks and nothing is ever charged.

7. Telling the winner

The judges pick the winner on the round's judging day (the 8th), and we tell the winner by phone and email on the 9th. We don't publish the winner's name. We may share their first name and last initial (for example on hqevolve.com/win or our Instagram and Facebook) only if they agree to it, and if they don't, we share nothing about them. We never publish anyone else's details or answers.

8. If the prize isn't claimed

The winner has 7 days from when we first contact them to accept the prize. If we can't reach them in that time, they decline, they don't accept in time, or they aren't eligible, the prize goes to the next best entry in the same round. The judges pick it by judging the round's eligible answers again on the same three things (section 5). It is not a random redraw. We tell that person by phone and email, and they also have 7 days from when we first contact them to accept. If no eligible entrant in the round accepts, that round's prize isn't awarded.

9. Qualified entrant bonus: 25% off

This is a bonus for entering, not a prize, and it isn't part of the judging. Every eligible entrant who is a qualified entrant gets 25% off: A$747 instead of A$997 for 8 weeks of coaching. You're a qualified entrant if your answers when you enter say all of these: you're 18 or over; you're not pregnant or breastfeeding; you want to reach your goal ASAP, in the next 2 to 3 months, or sometime this year (not "No rush, just looking"); and you're ready to invest in coaching and do the work ("Yes, I'm ready" or "Yes, if it's the right fit", not "Not right now"). The screen after you enter tells you straight away whether you've got it.

It's valid from when you enter until 11:59pm on the 16th of that round's month (7 days after the winner is told), then ends. It's the same end date for every qualified entrant in the round, and we never extend it. It's for the 8-week program only, once per person, new clients only, can't be combined with a friend's code or any other discount, and has no cash value. You still need the free call, where your coach checks the program is safe and right for you. You don't have to buy anything. Entrants who don't qualify are still in the giveaway and judged the same way, just without the discount.

Buying never affects the judging. Whether you buy anything, at any price, has nothing to do with the judging: the judges score only the eligible 25-word answers, against the criteria in section 5, and whether someone has bought is never part of it.

If you buy, then win. If you've already bought your 8 weeks when you win a round, we refund what you paid for those 8 weeks, to the card you paid with, within 14 days of that round's judging, and you keep your coaching.

10. Calls, texts and emails

We use your entry to run the giveaway: to judge it, contact the winner and give qualified entrants their discount. We'll call you about your entry, usually within a day of entering, to confirm it (that call isn't a sales call). We tell the winner by phone and email; we don't promise to call every entrant with the result. Entering asks for a call: the button says Enter and get my call, and the line under it says you're asking our team to call you about 8-week coaching and your 25% off. So we call every qualified entrant about joining. You can tell us any time that you'd rather not be called, and we won't. By entering, you agree to hear from us about your entry and about coaching by SMS and email. Every marketing text and email says how to unsubscribe (reply STOP to a text), and we stop within 5 business days. We never sell your details.

Your details. Health answers are handled as our Privacy Policy says, and are only seen by our coaching team. We keep giveaway answers for 12 months after the round, then delete them. You can ask to see or correct your details, or make a complaint, as our Privacy Policy explains.

11. Other things

We can disqualify an entry that breaks these terms, is fraudulent, or tampers with the giveaway. If something outside our control (like a technical failure) stops a round running fairly, we may extend or re-run that round, as far as the law allows (and any state or territory rules that apply), and we'll post the change here. We won't change a round's dates, prize or judging to anyone's disadvantage once it has opened. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by Australian law.
